Arya Pattanaik : Founder & Managing Director
Arya is a vertical enterprise strategist, building "cluster Ai" at the cross section of ecosystem, domain & technology. As a former Product & Transformation strategist at Optum (global healthcare major) Arya has led multiple large-scale strategic programs - from capability consolidation to AI infusion - reinventing how captives build at scale & transform complex business models - that shaped his unique perspective on what traditional GCCs get right and where they fall systematically short. cluster Ai is born from that belief of next Enterprise leap, which will come from smaller, smarter micro AI Hubs - not just as a hypothesis of the future, but as an architecture of tomorrow's Enetrprises.
Asish Chaudhury : Growth Partner
Asish is the Co-Founder & COO of Icons & Company, a Monaco-based management consulting firm focused on enabling carbon neutrality and operational/digital transformation for the energy and maritime industries. With nearly two decades of offshore Oil & Gas experience across engineering, governance, and large-scale EPCI projects, he brings deep expertise in sustainability strategy, business improvement, and technology-enabled industrial performance. Prior to founding Icons & Company, he advanced sustainability initiatives, digital governance, data analytics, and zero-emission operational solutions.
